Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1,499.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days

• Other Locations Across India: 4–7 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.

Additional verification may be required before dispatching COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through email or SMS.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

KANVIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to KANVIA.

Re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

KANVIA currently ships only within India.

International shipping services are not available at this time.
