Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, damage, or alterations.
KANVIA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition:

• Gift Cards.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Exchange Policy
KANVIA offers exchanges for size-related issues, subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative eligible product of equal value or receive a refund in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
Upon successful verification, KANVIA will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
